India's data-protection and digital-platform framework asks that a platform designate a clear channel for complaints. This page is that channel — a real contact point, reviewed by a real person at Aadhrix, not an automated dead end.
A request to access, correct, or erase your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or a concern about consent — see our data protection page.
Something on the platform you believe is incorrect, a concern about how a feature behaves, or a complaint about the service you received.
A concern about your account, including a suspension you want to raise or an erasure request under our Privacy Policy.
Write to Grievance Officer, Aadhrix at hello@aadhrix.com. Please include your account's registered phone number or email address, and a clear description of your concern, so we can find your account and respond properly.
Aadhrix is not a large social media intermediary, but we follow the same acknowledgment and resolution timeline set out in Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as our own standard: your grievance is acknowledged within 24 hours, and substantively responded to within 15 days.
The Data Protection Board of India, established under the DPDP Act, 2023, is the statutory body for data-protection grievances once its complaint-handling provisions come into force — see our data protection page for exactly where that stands today. Until then, and for any complaint outside the Board's remit, please write back to us and we will do our best to resolve it directly.
This page is a description of how we handle grievances, not legal advice. Write to hello@aadhrix.com with any concern.
